Insider risk Henderson Game (ENG) Klassikaal

This training course is aimed specifically at managers of all departments within an organisation.

This training is taught by Signpost Six, an insider risk training and consultancy firm helping organizations retain the value of their critical people and assets by offering a holistic approach to mitigating insider risks from nation-state espionage and organized crime. Their people-focused solutions centre on early detection and prevention and are based on research-backed findings. Composed of a team of experienced consultants with deep expertise in psychology, intelligence, insider risk and business, Signpost Six supports clients in implementing appropriate countermeasures through our specialized offerings and/or partnerships.

By attending this course, participants will acquire the following skills and competencies:

• Understanding the 'Critical Pathway to Insider Risk' model
• Gaining insights on the best approach to insider risk for the participants' specific organisation
• Gaining experience with the case management process, including the impact of decisions on team reputation and employee morale.

In the Henderson game, participants are challenged to prevent and possibly manage a leak of sensitive information to competitors. The game is set in the world of Formula E, the racing series for electric cars.

• The participants work together to determine which of the team members could be the insider.
• Teams have access to a central database with information about the organisation and the Critical Pathway to Insider Risk.
• Teams also have a budget to spend on unlocking additional sources of information.
• Throughout the game, the teams receive more information about suspects in key scenarios.
• During and after the game, the discussion is facilitated by an insider risk professional from Signpost Six.
